Merge data between two worksheets

In single click xlCompare does the following:

  • Find unique and existing records
  • Update all existing records with values from the right sheet
  • Mark updated cells with color
  • Copy unique (new) rows and columns from right sheet to the left one

Get duplicate records between two worksheets (Intersection)

This command is to find common records between set of lists:

  • Find unique and existing records
  • Removes all unique records on the left worksheet
  • Mark updated cells with color
  • Equal values are not updated

Filter records

xlCompare gives you ability to dislay only records you need:

  • Only completely equal records
  • Records with equal keys (duplicates)
  • Unique records (duplicates excluded)

Sort records by key

You select a column and xlCompare sorts data on the worksheet. If your data has heading, it is found and omitted.

How to Sort Data on the worksheet

Delete Records

xlCompare has commands to remove:

  • Empty rows (records)
  • Hidden rows (records)
If you've got worksheet with blank rows, you can remove them in second. Also, you can filter your data, by any criteria and apply this command to cut the hidden data.
